We've been trying to keep ourselves busy during lock-down and we found a great baking recipe for Gooey Chocolate Cookies, which we shared in our latest newsletter.
Ingredients:
75g cocoa powder
275g self-raising flour
300g caster sugar
200g margarine
1 egg
Chocolate (milk, dark or white)
Recipe
Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, then grease an oven tray.
Whisk together the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Next add an egg.
Combine the flour and cocoa powder and then sieve into the mixture bit by bit whilst mixing. Until it is a thick dough mixture.
After that you chop up the chocolate and roll the mix into balls.
Then you put a cube of chocolate in the middle then roll again until the chocolate is covered.
Bake for 10 mins and then PLEASE leave to cool and enjoy!
