The Bromley LDA 5-a-Side League is now up and running!
 

Following the success of our annual LDA Cup, The Orpington & Bromley Gateway Club, in partnership with Bromley FC Community Trust, has launched a regular 5-a-side football league for adults with learning disabilities and difficulties.
 

Taking place at Bromley FC’s CopperJax Stadium, the league gives players the opportunity to enjoy regular competitive football in a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Best of all, taking part in the league is completely FREE.
 

Whether you already play as part of a team or simply want to get involved as an individual, everyone is welcome. Individual players can be placed into a team on the day, so you don’t need to have a full squad to take part.
 

Every team that registers for the league will also receive its own bespoke Macron football kit, completely FREE of charge, helping every side look and feel the part on match day.

Match days run from 12.30pm–2.30pm, with teams playing a series of short 5-a-side matches throughout the session.

• Saturday 12th September 2026

• Saturday 17th October 2026

• Saturday 21st November 2026

(Further league dates will be announced later in the year and will look at making it more than once per month).
 

The league is about much more than simply winning matches. It provides regular opportunities to get active, build confidence, develop football skills, meet new people and enjoy being part of a team.
 

Players of different abilities and levels of experience are welcome, with the emphasis firmly on participation, enjoyment and fair play.
