Info for providers

Thank you for bringing your act/entertainment to ORB Gateway Club.

Please note the following with regards to invoicing/payments:

Only invoices will be eligible for payment (no text messages or emails).
An invoice template can be obtained from us upon request.
ORB will look to process invoices within 14 days of receipt (please note that all ORB roles are volunteers and so have to fit ORB duties in around other commitments).
Invoices will only be accepted/payments will only be made up to a maximum of six (6) months following the event taking place/date of the booking.
